Arlene Walsh is a learning designer and systems practitioner with twenty years’ experience working across policy, education, and practice. 

She has designed learning frameworks and operational models trusted by public institutions, international organisations, business, community organisations and industry partners, several of which have been embedded or adapted beyond their original context. 

Her work emphasises clarity, usability, and learning that leads to better decisions in real-world conditions.
